Thomas is a financial industry expert and former senior bank supervisor with extensive experience in bank regulation, risk management, and consultancy. As a commissioned National Bank Examiner (NBE) and Federal Reserve Bank Examiner (FRBE), he has served as the Central Point of Contact (CPC) for a major U.S. Financial Institution and as Managing Director of Risk Management for a U.S. Banking Agency at the national level.During the Global Financial Crisis, he was one of four voting members on the Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP) Capital Committee.
