Left the world of Tax Accounting in 1997 to open a Music Go Round store. After 11 years in Novi, MI, I relocated to a larger store location in Downtown Farmington, MI. In June 2010, I succumbed to the brutality of the Michigan economy and closed my store.I spent the remainder of 2010 winding up the affairs of my business during the day, umpiring softball games and refereeing volleyball matches in the evenings, and taking care of my 10 year old daughter.The entrepreneurial bug has left me.Returning to the world of accounting and taxes, I have found joy working with small business owners at Kopmeyer & Talty. Having been a small business owner, I understand the type of service they require. I feel that, as someone who's been in their shoes, I can connect with them and understand what they face each day.Specialties: I have extensive background in Accounting, Tax, and Payroll from both my Corporate and Retail experiences. I also have 13 years of sales, marketing, and management experience as a result of my business ownership.
