I have decided to go full time working for myself. I will be the President and CEO of my own company. The plan is to leveraging the relationships I have with many IT Staffing firms to bring people to my customers with the right contracting and skills to deliver for their business. My company will focus on working with Small to Medium size company CEO’s and CIO’s to leverage the 37 years of IT Experience that that I have with a Primary focus on ensuring that the company Truly is Associate focused. In my last role, I got to serve as an Executive Mentor to 4 diverse owned CEO’s and I found that very rewarding for me personally to help them and watch them grow. The companies that I work with have to demonstrate an Associate First strategy to me as that is critical to me as well. Leaders who do not know that their associates are the number one priority are likely companies that I will not want to work with. I have been told that I am a Closet HR person from one of my dear friends and I have learned that people first leaders create excitement and commitment like nothing else. The companies I will work with must have the highest Ethical and Moral compass for me to invest my time them regardless of the deal we strike together. During my long career, I have developed extensive experience in Software Development, Project Management, Financial Acumen, and IT Vendor Management/Contracting. Along with this is also significant experience in using off shore development partners to reduce the cost of project while bring to project companies that have 100’s of Thousand Associates that can be leveraged in all layers of technology. This will assist in greatly improving speed to market for IT Projects for my customers. At this point in my career it is not about what Position can Tom have but rather how can I help the next generation be better than the one before them from a Leadership Competency Perspective.

Property Management and Rental Company.I own and manage a Property Management company that focuses on high quality properties and tenants. This business has grown greatly in the past 4 years and we have had a good track record of great tenant engagement. We are reactive to issues and will alway sot the right ethical and moral things for our customers. Now at 10 properties and growing. My wife and I have started our 2nd Rental Company with the purchase of an Executive RV Lot in Port St. Lucie Florida. We purchased a lot at MotorCoach Resort St. Lucie West. We are excited that this will be our place to Winter but will be rented when we are not here. It is our hope that we can purchase more over the coming years as we build yet another Real Estate Portfolio and our 3rd Business.
