Manage the AP Shared Service Center, Fixed Assets and GL departments.

Responsible for the financial accounting activities for the local office, Group payables and receivables functions, as well as accounting for international subsidiaries.Manage period-end closing and review of monthly management reports.Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements in connection with financial statement audit for the local entity.Ensure compliance with US GAAP for reporting requirements for the local entity and the international subsidiaries.Manage third party accounting service providers.Prepared submission of EDB grant claims.

Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements in connection with financial statement audit and tax submissions to IRAS.Work with business unit managers to prepare, monitor and analyze the quarterly and yearly forecasts and budgets.Support the head office for receivables and payables activities for customers in Asia.Prepared submission of EDB grant claims.

Responsible for financial accounting and management reporting for the local office, as well as to oversee the payroll and purchasing function.Review of monthly closing and preparation and analysis of financial/management reports.Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements in connection with financial statement audit and tax submissions to IRAS.Weekly review of accounts receivables balances for reporting to the Regional Financial Controller and to liaise with the Sales Department to ensure prompt collections.Prepare, monitor and analyze the forecasts and yearly budgets.
