I’m a Mozillian. What does that mean? We champion the web so that it’s Knowable, Interoperable, and ours. Enabling everyone to know more, do more, and do better.What do I do? Well, as with most Mozillians I multi task and step in wherever I can do good and am needed. However, my primary function is around Engineering Program/Project management. I try to create structure where it’s lacking, anticipate problems, and generally support those who are on the front lines making the web a better place.Accomplishments- Led Content Program responsible for listing 60 of the top 100 mobile applications within the Firefox Marketplace. Onboarding partners such as; Facebook, Youtube, Twitter, and Disney.- Scaled partner management capabilities by introducing account management layer within the Apps BD team- Created bug reporting/resolution processes to improve external/internal communication channels that raised our touch rate to 100% in < 30 days. - Led all content recruitment efforts for Mozilla’s ultra-low cost smartphone initiative.- 3 month sprint to analyze the entire Firefox Marketplace content catalog securing over 2000 applications.- Negotiation of content quality with chipset manufacturers and telco operators- Project managed Adaptive Search as a replacement service for the Everything.me experience within FirefoxOS devices. - Maintained continuity and quality of service while reducing overhead and streamlining content identification processes- Experienced in managing several multifaceted and diverse initiatives to completion. Including; Continuous improvement, Exploratory, and Radical change projects. Program Managed Mozilla’s WADI initiative and Project/Product Managed the creation of a J2ME.js emulator

My work at Mozilla is to happily further the mission of promoting openness, innovation and opportunity on the web. Mozilla and our awesome open source community are creating an HTML5 based app marketplace. Content creators have the opportunity of utilizing a standards code base that allows them to build one app and distribute across multiple hardware verticals including FirefoxOS, Android, and desktop.As a member of the Apps BD team my responsibility was to engage with the content creators, expand their partnership with Mozilla, and encourage them to port their application(s) to the Firefox Marketplace.Accomplishments- Managed several Fortune 500 company relationships - Recruiting content for the Firefox Marketplace Apps ecosystem. - Personally secured over 150 applications for the Firefox Marketplace with a focus on gaming - Managed business and legal negotiations, NRE/Co-dev funding, revenue sharing, Marketing opportunities, and acted as a single point of contact through the porting process.- Led operational management for the Apps BD team. Project managed the adoption of Salesforce within Mozilla, streamlined reporting processes, and drove internal adoption- Built out Partner Engineering team to support Apps BD with Mozilla’s high priority strategic partnerships

I operate between Intel and their targeted ISV's to port/develope Iphone/Ipad applications for Intel's AppUp store. Providing a single point of contact for information, help, and guidance through the development process.Success- Personally facilitated 70% of the applications published on AppUp by our team in the first year.- Ability to speak with technical contacts regarding multiple coding languages as they apply to the AppUp program (C++, HTML5, JAVA, Qt, Obj-C, AIR, and Flex)- Facilitated direct partnerships between Intel and Developers with top tier Applications from the iPhone, Android, and Web App marketplace.

Developed and maintained relationships with Hewlett Packard’s SMB customers to renew hardware service contracts on servers and high end printers.
