My core activities are:- project management- Europe Direct Odense- coordinator on the national effort "The citizen and the library" where focus is on digital empowerment

Working with the library system Cicero (product of Systematic) and various projects. I was the project manager of the implementation of Cicero in 2017. Currently, I'm working on a project where we want to display linked data from an external source on our own website.

The Digital Library is the IT-section of Odense Main Library. I have worked with IT-related areas on different levels, ranging from a digital strategy for the library to writing tutorials on how to use a newly installed print and copy system. Other tasks include:- strategy for social medias - new website - usability and design- proposals for cooperation between the library and the museum using semantic technologies.

- Managed the children and youth department at Dalum Bibliotek, including discarding and buying materials.- Build up a music collection.- Answered questions from library patrons.- Held courses for library patrons in various web related subjects, e.g. Get your own Gmail and Internet for absolute beginners.

Europe Direct is an information service that provides the European Citizens with information about the EU, what it is and what it does. This is achieved through a service where citizens can ask questions and through various events. Europe Direct also provides citizens with publication about the EU. Europe Direct can be contacted via mail, telephone or in the walk-in-center.

Teaching in the subject of "Analysis and organization of knowledge and information" at the Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Library Science and Knowledge Communication at the University of Southern Denmark.

I was a member of the board of Ventilen Danmark and I participated in various project. I also teached at the mandatory introduction courses that were held for new volunteers.

I joined Ventilen Aalborg in 1999 when it was still in the planning phase. I stayed with the project until 2001 where I finished my studies and moved away from Aalborg. During these years I worked a lot with the organisational setup and among other things I made a revision of the statutes.In January 2002 I was asked to help Ventilen Odense back on its feet after most volunteers had left the project. To get the project restarted, I arranged and carried through all the elements needed to get new volunteers and to reorganize Ventilen Odense. Later in 2002 it was possible for Ventilen Odense to open the rendevous again. I left the project in 2005 and in the following years I had an advisory role in relation to Ventilen Odense.

Coleg Elidyr is a Camphill Community specialist college for further education and training for young people with moderate to severe learning disabilities.The volunteer work as a house manager involved care for the residents in family like setting, managing the house and young co-workers, and participating in the overall managment and decision-making of the whole community.
