I have grown up and had a very active hand in the aviation and travel industry as it transformed from a fully paper based environment to the virtual and fully digitalised industry it is today.In the role of Project or Programme Manager on large scale business transformation, business excellence, online and IT sourcing projects, I have guided companies through the tremendous challenges the industry faced during the transition. Leaning on and learning from the most experienced hands and minds in the industry,As my abilities and experience matured, requests from other companies for my advice became frequent and I began sharing my experiences at seminars and consulting on specific projects.Alongside my project Management career I have worked heavily with sales strategy, International Sales and market development. I have learned the hard way how to successfully assess and penetrate new markets, learning how to utilise different sales channels, depending on market, product and customer behaviourI have spend the last 6 years working in the Alternative Data Space, analysis, valuation and modelling of data sources, real life application and commercialisation of data not previously used or know in sectors to gain a competitive edge.My work has been focused intensely on Airports, consulting companies and other sectors where understanding primary and alternative data is key.
