Developed and implemented a search and transparent evaluation process to recruit, hire, and on-board the organization's first Operations Manager to direct all land-based and on-water logistics and operations. Additionally, curated and complied, and wrote the first comprehensive Operations Manual detailing the all aspects of growing numerous coral species in underwater nurseries, out-planting on reefs, and long-term maintenance programming.

Created, developed, and instructed the course, "Purpose, Meaning & Happiness," within the College’s First-year Seminar (FYS) program during both the fall and spring semesters. This small, writing-intensive course is designed to help new students develop their reading, writing, discussion, and thinking skills during their "self-discovery journey."

Oversaw and direct curriculum develop and relevancy for the Business Administration, InternationalBusiness, and Management & Innovation Programs. Ensured business curriculum and course/program learning outcomes align with the Business School’s ACBSP accreditation standards. Hired, developed, and managed business school adjunct professors. Created and delivered culture-shaping Organization Behavior and Development programs for students and businesses.• Co-created and taught Positive Organization Development (MGT 315) course, which guided students in crafting their unique organizational development initiative and implementation. • Wrote, developed, and led Business School’s New Student Orientation and the incoming students’ first-year Professional Training Program that provided critical communication, goal-setting, and networking skills development training to prepare students for an effective professional career.• Conceived, designed, and co-led the nation’s only four-year Integrated Business Experience (IBE), which creates common cross-discipline learning opportunities of “real-life” professional business education and demonstrates the interdisciplinary connections among business functions. • Co-direct the Freeman Family Foundation Asian Internship Program, which funds 30 business students per summer to complete internships in Southeast Asia. To date, over 100 students have participated at over $1M.• Introduced, delivered, and analyzed the Gallup’s StrengthsFinder 2.0 and StrengthScope Assessments for all first-year Business School students, which highlights personal strengths for educational and professional applications. • Served on Faculty Professional Development and College Council Committees under the College’s Faculty Senate body. Team Leader for “Thriving Students” foundational group to craft and develop the Champlain College 2025 Strategic Plan.

Oversaw comprehensive export strategies for Vermont companies and managed foreign direct investment recruitment and promotion programs. Advised Governor, State’s legislative body, and economic development leaders on international trade initiatives, policies, and regulations. Led international trade missions to Asia, Europe, and South America.• Developed and instituted strategic marketing and promotion campaigns to attract overseas company expansions to Vermont.• Developed and maintained relationships with foreign government officials and trade association leaders that provided greater global market access to Vermont businesses.• Co-created and developed new trade organizations: Vermont World Trade Office, New England Trade Directors’ Association, Vermont Marketing Roundtable, Vermont International Trade Alliance, Vermont Global Trade Partnership which supported economic development programs throughout New England.

Created and developed a unique distribution company providing 80+ Vermont dairy and specialty food products door-to-door to residential and commercial customers. Developed, managed, and supplied over 100 commercial and residential accounts in Chittenden and Addison Counties.
