Projects utilized a variety of optical and RF sources and sensors including development of a GPS data logger, RF data X-fill transmitters, NIR and SWIR optical TTL systems, suspect document examination scanning systems utilizing hyperspectral and electrostatic sensors and laser etching systems.

Grew the software staff from 3 to 12 members. Negotiated and monitored software staff job assignments and workload. Staff experience ranged from 15 years to summer college interns.

Designed and implemented code in C for a variety of research and deliverable applications.
