• Interim PMO Leadership from March-August 2017. Led the team through a turbulent period, re-aligning projects and PMs as necessary to deliver on our commitments.
• Managed the roll-out of Clarity as the Project and Portfolio Management tool for CPSE. This included training and mentoring of the PMO resources in the tool itself, as well as resource allocations and effort-based.
