Believer. Humble. I am the Chief Operations Officer at Wagner Development – a multi-state general contractor and site development firm. Our firm has decades of construction management experience in the retail, grocery, and convenience store industry. Our remodel and new build projects include those for customers such as Walmart, Sam’s Club, and PPG, among others. Committed. Tenacious. Optimistic. My background is in law and economics. My law practice prepared me with how to manage risk, understand contracts, protect and enforce lien and other legal rights, and resolve complex commercial disputes. Economics taught me the importance of budget and cost management, performance analysis, critical thinking, and resource allocation. Honest. Competitive. Loyal. I have worked in the construction industry for over 13 years. From working in the field, to managing office administration, to representing clients as outside legal counsel, and finally to running the day-to-day operations from the C-suite, I have experienced it all in construction.
