As the Director of Equities for Curi RMB Asset Management, I am responsible for leading the Curi RMB Equity Team consisting of eleven portfolio managers and senior analysts. The Equity Team manages ten separate public equity strategies holding between $2-3B of investments in relatively concentrated portfolios of high-quality equities for private clients as well as institutional clients. I am also a member of the Curi RMB Investment Committee responsible for setting asset allocation recommendations and overseeing investment operations across RMB's equity, fixed income, real return, and absolute return strategies.Within the Equity Team, I also act as Portfolio Manager for the Curi RMB Innovators strategy, a highly concentrated portfolio of companies in the Software industry which are positioned to capitalize on long duration growth opportunities. I additionally contribute across our equity strategies as a Senior Equity Analyst in the Information Technology and Communications Services sectors. I joined IronBridge Capital Management, which merged with RMB Capital in 2017, as an Equity Analyst in 2004 and served as a Co-Portfolio Manager on the Small Cap Core and SMID Cap Core equity strategies from 2011-2017 before taking on the Director of Research role and later the Director of Equities role.Throughout my time at IronBridge and RMB, I have played a leadership role in designing and implementing our investment team organizational structure including defining individual team member roles, stewarding ongoing professional development, and recruiting new team members while driving the continuous improvement of the investment process to achieve superior client outcomes.
