Tom joined Cornerstone Search Group in 2004 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer and Sr. Partner. Tom serves in a unique executive leadership role that is both internally and externally facing.-Internally, oversees day-to-day Operations, Corporate Development, Culture, Training, and Expansion.-Externally, actively involved in developing and retaining Cornerstone’s valued partnerships within Life Sciences. -In addition to searches being led by a Partner/Practice Leader, serves as a conduit between the internal search team and the client, assuring that there is 100% symmetry throughout the process.Given his sincere, straightforward style, both his internal and external partners put trust in him to effectively navigate the search with everyone’s best interest in mind.Tom is still most passionate about helping people – one person at a time. As such, he still finds incredible purpose in working one-on-one with executive leaders as they develop their careers.
