Leads consistent site and building design through entitlement approvals for single warehouse sites to multiple building developments totaling over 2M square feet. • Collaborates with senior management and investment team on due diligence and cost forecasting for all land acquisitions, new development, and tenant build-out opportunities.• Prepares, develops, monitors, and reconciles cost management and schedules for all development projects.
