I like to summarize and detail the proper components in a solution of hardware and software which fullfills the customers current and future needs within the realm of Informations and Communications Technology.Earlier I have been working full time with servicing IT systems since I started thinking basically :-) I like to work "behind the scenes" and keep the engines running for the users. But I also enjoy the not-so-rare interaction with the end-user - supporting various issues and getting first hand feedback on the systems.Has worked almost exclusively on the Microsoft portfolio of server and client operating systems and applications for over a decade now. Have completed different isolated training sessions and courses and passed a few certifications.I work steadily on increasing the usefulness, efficiency and usability of systems and end user applications. Both from the technical perspective but also and no less from the organization needs.Specialties: System Administration and Management of Microsoft Server and Client Portfolio.Over the later years I have been 'upping' my skills on a specific application from company Albat+Wirzam from Germany - a complete companywide set of ERP application specifically designed for facilitating an improved workflow in companies manufacturing flat glass from jumbo size sheets in order specific dimensions and combination of processings (among others polishing, cutouts, drilling, tempering, lamination, IG assembly).Recently I have also expanded my experiences with general systems administration of Active Directory, Azure Cloud, Windows Server, MS licensing and VMware Center. Additionally I have improved business processes by configuration of ESDH solution from Visma (case and document management).
