Thomas has relevant experience as a board member, line manager and consultant in the healthcare, telecommunications, staffing and IT industry. Today he helps companies in mastering the challenges and harvesting the opportunities of Digital Transformation. The impact of Digital Transformation, not only to businesses but also to individuals and the society as a whole is focus of his pro bono work at SwissICT, the largest Swiss IT Association.His interesting career was driven by intellectual curiosity and ambition. While very varied, IT and digitization always played an important implicit or explicit role in his professional life. More obvious in his position as CEO and member of the board of directors at Abraxas, a 400 employees IT Service Provider, less obvious in his position on the global Executive Committee of Adecco where he was Chief HR Officer and global President of Adecco's Medical business line. Before the time at Adecco, Thomas helped founding various companies, was member of the Executive Committee of Swisscom and worked as a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group.Immediately after his studies, he worked as a general surgeon.He currently is member of the board of directors of various smaller companies, is Chairman of SwissICT and Vice-Chairman of ICTSwitzerland.
