More obvious in his position as CEO and member of the board of directors at Abraxas, a 400 employees IT Service Provider, less obvious in his position on the global Executive Committee of Adecco where he was Chief HR Officer and global President of Adecco's Medical business line. Before the time at Adecco, Thomas helped founding various companies, was member of the Executive Committee of Swisscom and worked as a Project Leader at the Boston Consulting Group.Immediately after his studies, he worked as a general surgeon.He currently is member of the board of directors of various smaller companies, is Chairman of SwissICT and Vice-Chairman of ICTSwitzerland. Thomas studied medicine, earned a doctorate in medical computer science and holds an MBA from INSEAD.Specialties: Strategy consulting, entrepreneurship, general management, human resources, IT, corporate finance and financial management.
