T2D Concepts’ vision expands beyond the restaurants’ doors to create lasting change in the communities they serve. Tom is a fierce advocate for social justice and equity across gender, race and food access. In 2022, T2D was named to the NRN Power List, the definitive list of 50 industry leaders who are not only setting trends today, but also shaping them for tomorrow.Tom speaks nationally and facilitates workshops and programs focused on allyship in the workplace in order to advance equity.
