•Serve as the internal expert between the IT Department, Competition and TV•Work with database developers on an ongoing basis to identify programming improvements and necessary updates•Facilitate the internal communication of database capabilities and statistical output to other departments, including marketing and public relations.•Help design, test and implement database tools for scoring and data integration with TV•Manage on-site logistics and set-up scoring system at every BFTS event•Provide data and graphics services to TV production on-site at every BFTS event•Setting up and testing the hardware for the PBR event judging system•Ensure rider, bull, and contractor information is updated, and appropriate photos and ranch brands are loaded in the database for televised display.•Create reports for announcers and print media prior to each round•Setup timing clock feed to the production truck•Interface with judges during event scoring to ensure appropriate scores are being entered into the system•Run scoring admin and monitor for the televised production•Monitor floor show and televised communications during event to coordinate between each production•Generate ad hoc queries as necessary from event management database to generate statistics for the producer•Monitor communications from event doctors to update televised information•Communicate with judges on disqualifying events•Coordinate re-ride events with producer and television crew

•Oversee the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages.•Develop, review, and certify all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans •Performs troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel.•Maintains documentation of inventory for servers, hardware and software•Maintains Windows Servers ( 2008 R2, 2012)
