• Moved Application Support into a Service Level Agreement (SLA) model with 95% of tickets resolved within a mean time to repair of 8 hours
• Provided senior delivery leadership over a successful global Siebel 7.7 Implementation

• Contributed to business development activities (i.e. RFP responses) and managed projects for the State Government practice. Major Accomplishments:
• Participated on the proposal/orals/contract negotiation team that won the business at Wisconsin Employee Trust Fund, a state employees’ retirement fund and managed a team that did the requirements and application.
• Planned the migration of the Clarety product from Forte to a J2EE platform. The the migration was executed offshore using offshore facilities in Chennai, India

• Oversaw a joint venture with a healthcare finance company to integrate Healthcare financing into e-Medsoft’s practice management application. Major Accomplishments:
• Hired an application development team of 10 people

• CBSI was purchased by Covansys.Managed engagements for a series of projects at the California Department of Justice (CalDOJ), California Department of Transportation (CalTrans) and California Public Employees’.
• Won a series of projects at CalDOJ and oversaw successful delivery of the Carry Concealed Weapons (CCW) and Consolidated Firearms Information System (CFIS) Integration projects

• Claremont was purchased by Complete Business Solutions, Inc.Managed a series of large fixed bid projects at the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERs). Major Accomplishments:
• Delivered the Health Benefits System (HBS). The HBS application managed new member and retiree health benefits eligibility, participation, and management reporting. The project was a $2.6 fixed bid project with a team.
• Delivered the T-Log application. The project was a $500k fixed bid project with a team of over 20 client and Covansys staff.
• Delivered the final testing, remediation and implementation of the Corporate Registration System. The project was a $500k fixed bid project with a team of over 20 client and Covansys staff.

Managed the development of an Order Processing System for Wacker Siltronic Corporation (Wacker). Wacker is a hyper pure silicon wafer manufacturer in Portland, Oregon. The project was a $1.2m fixed bid with a team size of 15.
