I am currently employed as a Team Leader in a busy Heavy Cat H, C, & C+E Workshop. Completing periodic and reactive maintenance on all vehicles and trailers. Teaching and Mentoring less knowledgeable tradesmen for their NVQ'sI also collaborate all information on the Military's Joint Application System (JAMES). This is then used on all target driven exercises and is critical to ensuring vehicles are roadworthy and legally allowed to travel on the roads.

Worked as an apprentice mechanical engineer under supervision from my Team Leader until enough trust and basic skill set had been learnt allowing me to work unaccompanied. The basic role included failure diagnosis, repair and the conduct of comprehensive maintenance and servicing tasks on a variety of Cat B, C and C+E vehicles. specifically working on DAF, MAN and Land Rover.
