In 33 months, grew the Intelligence and Cyber Operating unit from $11M to $60M in annual revenue, providing direct support to a variety of customers for national systems; as well as the identification, development, and fielding of emerging disruptive and asymmetric capabilities. In 2009, grew the Division Sales Funnel from $1.27B weighted value to $2.52B weighted value, allowing the division to achieve 120% of their EBITDA goal in 2010 and 109.4% of their EBITDA goal in 2011. In 2010, the Division bid 64 opportunities with a weighted value to Wyle of $855M, winning 48 of them with a weighted value to Wyle of $790.4M. This represented 46% of all business won by Wyle in 2010. The weighted value to Wyle of the new business opportunities won was $717.2M and represented 51% of all new business won by Wyle in 2010. Provide direct support to customers as an Operations Research Analyst, including Test and Evaluation, Exercise Planning and Support, Operational Assessments, and Program Support for Information Operations and Cyber capabilities. Key contributor to and briefer of the Division's Strategic Plan for 2009 and 2010 .Supported multiple M&A projects . Provided direct support to the Program Manager, Department of Defense Information Operations Range Architecture for Test and Evaluation. Supported the establishment of the Joint Information Operations Range (JIOR) and led the test team for the certification of Initial Capability. Provided direct support to Director, Operational Test and Evaluation and the Sandia National Laboratories for the development of an Information Operations Network Analysis (IONA) Model.

Responsible for business development of Information Technology Test & Evaluation services to government and commercial customers. Provided direct support to customers as an Operations Research Analyst, including Test and Evaluation, Exercise Planning and Support, Operational Assessments, and Program Support for Information Operations and Cyber capabilities. Provided direct support to Director, Operational Test and Evaluation, Department of Defense, Army Test and Evaluation Command, and the Air Force Operational Test and Evaluation Center for the Operational Evaluation of Information Assurance and Interoperability of fielded systems. Directed the operational testing of all new computer, communications, command and control systems for the United States Navy. Managed 47 personnel responsible for testing 128 programs with a $2 million operating budget. Directed the Navy portion of the Multi-service Operational Test and Evaluation of the Theater Battle Management Core System, the largest Information Technology system to successfully complete operational testing at that time. Developed and executed the Baseline System Assessment for the eventual test and evaluation of the Navy Marine Corps Intranet.
