I was working for a little more than a year in AWS Vancouver for amazing teams and products, helping PMs and dev teams to create or improve new products. I also help to move through an eco-system thinking process, learning how AWS products in automation and messaging live all together. We first performed a series of usability tests to understand how the experience changed and what we can do to continue improving it.We re thought the creation process and the overall console to make it more efficient with the API.-Design: Concept model, experience map, user and task flows, wireframes, usability test.AmazonMQ: https://aws.amazon.com/amazon-mq/I collaborated with the product manager and dev team on the creation of this new AWS product. We started to analyse the current experience during focus groups in order to capture and identify pain points and opportunities. We then started shaping the idea of this new product. Finally, before drawing the first concept, I created the view of the current automation and messaging eco-system in order to understand what relations Amazon MQ will start, delete or duplicate with other products. BNP Paribas Investment Partners Galaxy: UX DesignerDuring a 1 year project we redesigned the websites galaxy. We went from a product centric to a customer centric galaxy.We performed more than 15 design workshops with all customers targets to identify key points and create customers journeys. We reduced the number of websites and applications in an efficient way.
