Developed the product strategy for Cox Automotive's retail experience with expected launches at NADA 2017. Research was based on over 1,000 consumer interviews and hundreds of dealer process audits. The findings were presented at JD Power and Driving Sales.* Most dealerships take 7 - 14 days to advertise a vehicle once it has been acquired at an Auction and results in poor cashflow and a longer time to sell a vehicle. The launch of Rapid Retail enabled a dealership to advertise a vehicle within 15 minutes of crossing the block with great photos and a competitive market price. Vehicles acquired on Manheim can now be advertised on AutoTrader the day of the auction and results in a reduction of time to sell a vehicle by as much as 30%.
