After extensive training on proprietary horse racing tracker system, operated system for horse races happening across the globe. Daily work included: verifying system set up and compatibility between on-the-ground race and remote operations center, monitoring race and authenticating seven data sets at 16 points, saving race information to system in order to transfer results to race track for public display, completing error reports, as needed, and closing down systems, post-race, in high-pressure, rapid results environment. Interacted with 10 other NOC operators and coordinated with multiple software engineers.
