I am the founder and executive director at the KeelWorks foundation. It is my passion to positively affect the lives I cross. I believe in the organization as a constructive sustainable entity that nurtures lives and community. The organization with as much effective communication "bottom up" as it has top-down has multi-faceted diversity and inclusion. This organization is more likely to sustain life-long partnerships while demonstrating agility in uncertain times. I am willing to support organizations who truly want to be sustainable and are willing to do what it takes to get there. My practice is informed through 20 years of learning project leadership for companies like Intel, Boeing, IBM, Humana, AT&T, GE Digital, and the KeelWorks Foundation. My master's education provides a foundation for the understanding of cognitive learning theory and effective learning design. While the emerging technologies supporting learning are exciting, these can not replace the need for qualified learning professionals who can design intellectually engaging and effective learning and can tell you why one approach is better than another. At KeelWorks, I've been developing these resources for 14 years.Any organization that understands the value of learning and is determined to get the most benefit from dollars spent will use problem metrics to hold the learning program accountable to measured change. We don't measure to punish, but to ensure eventual success. Those who do not measure change don't get change.
