Reported to the Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Customer Service. Remote Field Sales position located in Chicago area. Developed strategic business development and implemented brand strategy with key clients. Established preferred customer contacts based on reputation and influence. Managed relationships and customer Contracts with strategic clients, coordination of client needs and expectations and related critical information to Operations to achieve and maintain Customer Satisfaction and achieve business objectives. Performed proactive continuous process improvement and coordination between Sales and Operations. Had close coordination with other parts of CSA operations, including Engineering, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Global Business Unit managers. Used Optimus custom SAP system to enter Field Sales activity. Provided customer expected demand and projected forecasting. Performed negotiation to close and win business. Identified and reported new industry trends. Worked within a fast-paced environment. Provided support to the customer in test project execution. Had knowledge which is essential to effectively leverage customer relationships to grow. Responsible for developing strategy, account profiles, gathering and reporting market intelligence, developing partnerships with key decision makers in targeted companies in the area of testing consumer products. Highly effective at targeting, identifying and developing new relationships with key individuals in Engineering and Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs and Safety Compliance.
