Locate distressed bank debt & location of power generation assets and term PPA’s, organize development capital, asset purchase agreements, profit & loss projections, with new off-take PPA’s required for capitalization of projects - Boutique offerings of reciprocating engine or turbine based Rental, RPO, or Lease to Own power solutions structured around client’s specific needs and fuel resources for sub 100 MW projects. - Provide engineering, design and associated financial justifications on highly flexible fast track cost effective mid-term BOOT & BOOM solutions through an equipment agnostic approach to business inthe Americas. Focus on E&D, operations and project development throughout the America’s toaddress growing business sector and client base - Merger & Acquisition (M&A) approaches & recommendations to achieve rapid growth targets, expand market share, and fill past performance gaps, all of which can be potential barriers to entry and strategic growth- Consult for process improvement, improved site safety, reduce complexity while improving efficiency. - Staffing & workflow optimization restructuring, improvement of operational performance, financial efficiency, fiscal policy approach, order fulfillment.
