Current Director of Sales & Marketing at Dynamic Pak LLC. Working in a family business, I have the opportunity to learn about everything happening in both the plant, and the office. I have been personally charged with overseeing our SEO and building a marketing infrastructure. I also work on the Sales front with a goal of creating meaningful connections with our Customers, Industry Leaders, and Packaging Engineers with the idea of growing both my company, and my own personal knowledge so my customers always get the best. I am also active in Production, helping plan our schedules, working with our equipment, and managing a team so our customers are always satisfied with their orders. Aside from growing up working with my family company, I have also been a Crew Leader at a landscaping company, learning how to effectively manage a team for high quality results on a demanding schedule. I also served as Recruitment Chair at the Alpha Rho chapter of Alpha Gamma Rho. I interviewed hundreds of people and learned how to cultivate an identity within an organization by recruiting likeminded individuals who had a mindset for growth and a dedication to be the best for those around them. I went on to serve as Chapter President where I was able to apply different leadership styles to effectively manage an organization and the various individuals that served on my Executive Board
