Worked with client companies on development of facility planning for growth, interim planning for immediate solutions, and mid range / long term strategies. Developed policies on office entitlements and overall facility management.

Developed planning strategies absorbing 15% annual growth into the facilities. Wrote new space standards to a more efficient footprint per employee, reducing individual workspace size by 25% to avoid leasing additional space. This resulted in a cost avoidance of $8 million capital and $2 million in annual expenses, while managing the change to gain employee acceptance.I created a strategy of moving towards more open environments, moving incrementally forward with each renovation, carefully gauging employee response and acceptance. Developed a Facilities Futures lab where employees were invited to test modern office solutions. As part of this program, modern benching systems developed in the lab are included in a new 200 seat project.Managed Vision FM CAFM system.
