* Managing a diverse client portfolio of mid to large corporate schemes, across various sectors, and utilising a variety of contract styles (including Medical Trusts). * Broking and consulting on PMI, IPMI, Dental, EAP, Travel, Cash Plan, Health Assessments, Gadget and Optical schemes. * Leading conversations with clients around employee health and wellbeing initiatives, improving productivity, healthy behaviours and reducing absentee and presenteeism. * Achieving challenging revenue/growth and retention targets.* Supporting with new client prospects.* Providing mentoring support for junior consultants and analysts.
