Leveraging foundational engineering and physics principles with knowledge of model-based systems engineering (MBSE), I develop and implement innovative engineering solutions to optimize cost, schedule, and risk. Responsibilities include developing company engineering standards, automated calculation models, smart drawing templates (e.g., P&IDs and PFDs), project proposals, and forecasts. Additionally, I train engineers in key areas such as thermal analysis, fluid analysis, structural analysis, equipment and line sizing, process calculations, and pipe stress analysis. I also lead design reviews and propose tailored solutions for engineering challenges.

I successfully led project engineering and project management efforts across numerous large to mid-scale cryogenic and industrial gas projects, ensuring milestones were met within scope, schedule, and budget. This involved collaborating with diverse cross-functional engineering teams across multiple companies. I conducted comprehensive analyses in structural, fluid, thermal, pipe stress, and process engineering. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in driving the development, implementation, and management of computer-aided engineering (CAE) systems to integrate data, automate calculation models, and streamline reporting, including generating project forecasts. Moreover, I developed standardized drawing templates, test procedures, technical documentation, conducted equipment inspections, reviewed technical drawings, communicated with clients, and actively contributed to HAZOP studies.

I frequently communicated with both domestic and international clients to provide real-time assistance in troubleshooting and maintaining OSI PI Software issues. Additionally, I managed the installation of PI Systems, configured networks, and set up PI Servers and Client Nodes.

I conducted an extensive study on solid-state hydrogen storage devices, drawing on my expertise in mechanical engineering, materials science, and physics to identify innovative materials like iron-titanium (Fe-Ti) and a matrix composed of graphene and carbon nanotubes (CNT) for solid-state storage. Utilizing quantum mechanical models and Monte Carlo simulations, I developed and analyzed proposed crystalline structures. The study yielded promising results, indicating the more effective hydrogen storage capabilities in a solid medium composed of graphene and CNTs.
