Conducted Molecular Dynamics simulations on Linux based systems in order toanalyse mutational change in membrane proteins. Adapted and wrote Pythonscripts to take this data and calculate novel descriptors for the purpose ofMachine Learning.Research was aimed at the understanding of mechanisms of mutational changes in G Protein-Coupled Receptors in cancer patients.
