Take on Programme and Project Management responsibilities for key business projects.• Programme management included: - Data centre migration programme taking a legacy solution into a number of modern cloud solutions. Programme consisted of 15 individual projects and delivered on time and to budget within 5 months despite 12-month initial projection. - Windows 10 refresh programme from project tender and scoping, through design and setup, into rollout for 2800 users across 20 sites through UK and Ireland. - Contract separation from ICT supplier to bring desktop and workplace services in house. Including migration to O365 E5 from on-premise solution for 2800 users, establishing a new service desk solution within the business and TUPE transfer of existing desktop engineers.• Project Management included:- Cutover from MobileIron to Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management for 2744 mobile phones and tablets. - Emergency response to collapse of Carillion and onboarding of approx. 500 staff across 10 locations, each requiring a laptop and mobile device, with 24 hours notice. - Response to Covid-19 including monitoring of solutions, establishing new processes for onboarding/offboarding without and facilitating deployment of solution for booking site visits.Formed part of Out-Of-Hours management Rota, providing support for Priority 1 and Priority 2 incidents outside of core business hours.
