Airport Officer (Cgk Station)
Current• Monitor and supervise arrival and departure flight CA475/476 (TFU-CGK-TFU) and CA977/978 (PEK-CGK-PEK) from check-in counter, boarding gate, and ramp• Inspect ground ramp activity to ensure safety for the turnaround flight (doing aircraft walkaround, monitor the refueling/uplift catering meal/local aircraft engineers, check baggage and cargo loading position as per LIR)• Handling inquiries, receiving cargo bookings from our Cargo Sales Agency (CSA), and manage the space allocation• Controlling ULD stock (AKE/PMC/PLA) balance to meet station target and needs• Generate various daily/weekly/monthly passenger services and cargo reports• Experienced on handling five VVIP flights in three countries airport, liaise and coordinate with local ground handling agent, fuel company, and catering company
