• Completed migration of a large scale SharePoint 2013 environment to Office 365. Planning and deployment of sites will included the use of modern site templates and SharePoint Online Hubs and associated technologies.• Planned, coordinated, and successfully implemented a SharePoint 2010 farm migration to SharePoint Online. The migration approach had minimal impact of existing infrastructure and user access was maintained throughout the migration effort. Over 12,000 users from multiple organizations were successfully migrated to SharePoint Online. The migration also included taking ownership of an Office 365 tenant and settings standards for the tenant.• Directed and supervised enterprise application teams during the architecture, design, and implementation phases of SharePoint Add-ins, Nintex projects, and farm based solutions. Solutions included automated enforcement of CDC branded master pages farm wide, Site Collection branding, a SharePoint governance committee change control application, BCS, and custom web parts.• Acted as a liaison between SharePoint Application teams and SharePoint infrastructure teams. Helped both team identify issues and paths to expedited issue resolution.• Researched, implemented, and documented the use of multiple SharePoint 2013 technologies agency wide at the CDC. Technologies included BCS/ECTs, SSRS, PerformancePoint, Nintex, Secure Store, Excel Services and fully automated deployment methodologies.• Successfully completed the migration of SharePoint 2010 content to SharePoint 2013. The migration included troubleshooting claims based authentication as well as providing development and migration guidance. Resolved issues with SSRS, Nintex, and InfoPath upgrade challenges.• Managed, tested, and deployed an enterprise implementation of Nintex Workflow 2010 and Nintex Forms 2010 across multiple CDC environments.
