Tom is consulting and helping to create business development strategies for capital investment, inventory financing, consumer financing, and leasing solutions in a number of industries ranging from Spirited Beverages, to Real Estate, to Shipping Logistics, and more. During a 40 year career in Distribution Finance, Tom lead efforts for both GE Capital Commercial Distribution Finance & Wells Fargo Capital Finance to expand inventory and working capital financing solutions globally. Tom received a Distinguished Leadership Award for Growth & Collaboration from GE Capital Americas. Tom is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Distribution Finance Capital UK LTD. DFC is an authorized specialty finance banking entity in the UK. In 2023, Tom became a founding director with Add+Capital, an emerging FinTech and non-bank asset financing entity with HQs in the UK. Tom is engaged in a number of VC and PE investment commitments, he is a member of select Cavan Commercial real estate development projects in Phoenix, AZ, and he was previously a member of the Investment Committee at Titan Capital Investments LLC, a multi family residential redevelopment company. Tom is a member of the Camp Sunshine Advisory Board, a nationally recognized pediatric cancer support organization. Tom has also created an International Studies Scholarship Program at Elon University, in memory of his wife Darcy. Tom earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and professional management from Albion College where he was a Carl Gerstacker Fellow. Tom and his wife, Dr. Dorothy Jordan, reside in Atlanta, GA, Cashiers NC, and Los Angeles, CA.
