About Thomas Grebinski

Tom is known for his pioneering, leadership and contributions in the fields, semiconductor Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD, 1982) and Integrated Circuit Design, Open Artwork System Interchange Standard (OASIS®, 2003). Both remain widely in use today (2018) as mission-critical technology. Mr. Grebinski coined the term ALD (1984), owns the first ALD patents and owns the registered trademark, OASIS®.
