Thomas is a Senior Managing Director with Newmark's Boston Capital Markets Group specializing in the disposition of multifamily properties, development sites and hotels. Since the start of his career, Tom has worked on 100+ transactions and $8bn+ in transactional volume with clients including JP Morgan, Blackstone, Rockpoint, UBS, Barings, The DSF Group, UDR, Equity Residential, Clarion, AEW, The Related Companies, Deutsche Bank/RREEF, National Development, Harbor Group International, Northland Investments, Samuels & Associates, Atlantic Management, CenterBridge, BentallGreenOak, TA Realty, Mill Creek Residential, CrossHarbor Capital Partners and many more. Additionally, Tom and his team work with private and institutional land owners in Greater Boston on the disposition of development sites, which since 2018 have exceeded 10 million FAR SF and $2 billion in aggregate land value. Highlights include 380 - 420 E Street in South Boston, The Kenmore Square North Portfolio, the sale and eventual recapitalization of The Huntington Theater development site, the South Boston Gateway, Dot Block, and many more.In addition to being a licensed commercial real estate broker, Tom has also completed significant course work through the Appraisal Institute and has extensive experience and training in the Argus DCF program. He currently resides in Boston, Massachusetts and is a member of the Boston College Real Estate Council, the American Ireland Fund Young Leader’s Committee and is a founding board member of The Corey C. Griffin Foundation.Mr. Greeley is a graduate of Boston College in Chestnut Hill, MA where he received his Bachelors Degree in Finance from the Wallace E. Carroll School of Management.
