After volunteering at SCORE for almost 11 years and counseling with over 1200 clients, I returned to my roots as a strategic business consultant and focus group moderator. In December 2019 I founded ENCORE Strategic Business Consulting.Our plan is to work with clients in all aspects of on-line marketing, including social media, digital marketing, website development and assessment. In addition we will work with clients in branding, business planning, and all aspects of focus group research.Prior to joining SCORE, I ran a large eBay company which I founded in 2005. In the three years of operation, the company (Con$ign-net) conducted in excess of 50,000 auctions.Prior to that I owned and operated a focus group consulting and research company for 15 years (Groups Plus, Inc) conducting in excess of 3000 focus groups among over 400 different clients.I have extensive experience in marketing , web sites, google analytics and sales consulting . Also I have helped hundreds of start-ups with marketing and business planning and implementation.Specialties: Focus group research, qualitative research, marketing research, marketing planning, e-commerce, small business , website development, marketing, social media , networking. I have written four books on focus group research, and taught the subject at the NYU Stern Graduate School of Business.
