Being a leader for +13 years, I have developed competences and interest in digitalization, customer journey improvements and workflow optimization. I'm currently a teamleader in Claims in AP Pension were we do claims handling on insurances for critical illness and loss of earning capacity (TAE). My key responsibilities are:-Secure efficiency in claims handling-Improve and optimize workflow- Secure compliancy and superiør customer focus- Implement AP's strategy- Lead 12 claimshandlers Previously I have been responsible for the Risk Selection team at If Insurance in Denmark, where we did medical underwriting based on health declarations from customers hereby securing transparency, accessibility to the personal products for as many customers as possible while making competitive pricing achievable. All these parameters were supporting the long-term profitability target within the personal products.Key results:• Transformation of customer journey and case handling process to a fully digital flow• Implemented and optimized electronic health declaration to meet customer and underwriting needs • Automation of risk assessment process to above 60%• Superior quality in case-handling• Very satisfactory leadership feedback from employees• Changed and optimized workflow according to digital development and employee profiles• Continuous strategic alignment and implementationThe results have been achieved by stakeholder collaboration, change management, a strong focus on KPI’s and If’s strategy – and not least a great team collaboration.
