Currently looking for the next step in my career, but here are some highlights:- Facilitate and Contribute to Quality Software Testing and Documenting activities within Agile team framework ensuring compliance and correctness, resulting in quality software applications.- Foster an inclusive culture of connection, keeping the lines of communication open between the product owner, developers and testers. This ensures the software specs are clearly understood and communicated out to the developer and tester before coding is even started. - Contribute as a key Agile team member, participating in Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Sprint Retrospective and Sprint Review meetings. - Drive process improvement initiatives. - Refine and implement requirements, ensure complete requirement coverage, and facilitate defect resolution with documentation. - Strategize, design, review and execute test cases, build test labs, create regression plans and labs. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns. - Participate in customer reviews, demos and knowledge share meetings. - Drive defect management and impact/risk assessment processes; ensure compliance. - Provide application functional, technical and process guidance to members of other Agile teams. - Mentor team members in SDLC, QMS and compliance processes as well as in applications and tools.
