Commercial executive with more than 20 years of operational and strategic management and leadership experience of which 13 years has been as Managing Director in Denmark and Brazil. During the past 10 years I have been managing ThyssenKrupp Elevator A/S developing it from a size of 75 employees to become among the three biggest elevator companies in Denmark with around 200 employees. Based on my 9 years with Gerstenberg & Agger (now SPX - world leading manufacturer of machines and process solutions) I am highly experienced in technical sales and in leading employees of diverse cultures and nationalities.For me the essence of leadership is transferring energy to the organization through motivation of middle management. With due respect to market trends and customer demands I like to set ambitious goals and find a strategic way forward through a balance of human capital and optimization of processes.
