I advised and developed sales teams selling into global OEMs and Channel sales of ODM products for domestic and international customers. Highlights:-Following the completion of the acquisition in 2008, mapped out the Arima Computing products into a broader business plan and customer base.-Expanded ODM notebook markets globally through channel business plans - including Costco, Tiger Direct, Best Buy, Alidata, and Dixons. Channels contributed $200M in new revenue to ODM notebooks for 2010.-Achieved 50% year-over-year growth, increasing revenue from $200M to $300M, and improved margins to grow operating profit from 3.2% to 4.3% over 2 years, representing $6M in bottom-line profits.
