As the Managing Director of Lake Geneva for Compass, I am responsible for overseeing the Lake Geneva area's local staff and team of agents. I am responsible for setting Keefe's vision, leading our marketing department, acting as Editor-in-Chief of Lake & Country Magazine, as well as overseeing our Vacation Rental division. With a focus on embracing our values and roots, while promoting a modern vision, our mission is to continue to provide the best possible service to our customers and sales associates, while spreading our branches to new markets.

As a salesperson in Corcoran's Williamsburg Brooklyn office, I gained invaluable experience working with some of the best managers and sales associates in our industry. Being around professionals who embraced the culture and work ethic installed by Barbara Corocran gave me an incredible start. While at Corcoran, I specialized in residential sales and rentals in the booming Brooklyn market. Consistently in the top 5% of NRT agents nationwide, I gained experience with townhomes, condos, coops, new development, and learned marketing and sales strategies from the best in the business.

After success in overseeing XpresSpa’s logistics, promoted to Vice President to work directly with the President on day-to-day operations and build XpresSpa’s marketing systems. Devised and executed a multi-channel marketing strategy for XpresSpa's brick and mortar locations and website. Attended conferences, developed relationships with vendors, and built team of corporate staff and freelancers to drive XpresSpa's marketing needs. Drove all store promotions, email marketing campaigns, social media outreach, direct mail, advertising, and sponsorships. Rebuilt XpresSpa's website and online store, resulting in year-over-year increase of 500%.

First job out of college was a Production Assistant on Jonathan Demme's $100 Million remake of "The Manchurian Candidate". From there, I was promoted to be Demme's 2nd assistant during post production, giving me the opportunity to be a part of the creation of a Hollywood feature film from pre-production all the way through release.
