Analysis is useless without communication. Soft Skills are not; they are usually hard. Listening does not mean waiting politely for a turn to speak. Drift is never in the direction of better.Mature, analytical, thoughtful, calm. Aware of different personalities. Able to get to the root cause.There are consequences in communicating poorly. Communication means transferring knowledge, but also ideas, which are often abstract. It requires planning, whether it be days given to the preparation of a training or business presentation, or pausing a few seconds to gather thoughts before answering a question. The solution always begins with knowing and informing the other party of what the objective is, rather than immediately teaching which keys to click. Critical thinking and problem-solving regarding procedures are passions. I discern underlying issues, then search and advocate for possible improvements in procedures and the ongoing training required to prevent the issue in future. Solving a misunderstanding is an opportunity not only for people to understand their own role better, but to broaden their understanding of the entire process. This in turn enables them to make future decisions more confidently.
