Since May 2018, I have had the privilege of contributing to this esteemed institution as a Visiting Lecturer giving lectures at the site in Tuttlingen, where I share my expertise on the strategic commercialization of digital technologies. My focus areas include ophthalmology and tele-radiology, aimed at Master's students. As a Generative AI Consultant for Blau-Weiss 95 Papenburg, the oldest football club in Emsland, I spearhead an innovative project to transform how the club's historical content is created for its stadium newspaper. Traditionally, historical sections were manually crafted by sifting through a century's worth of paper-based archives. My role involves automating this process through the deployment of a cutting-edge AI chatbot, called "chatBW", which generates draft articles by intelligently querying digitized archives with specific reference to upcoming match opponents.

As the Director of Product and Corporate Strategy, I spearheaded the merger of three distinct products into a unified portfolio, leading a dynamic product management team. Implementing SAFe agile methodologies, I fostered innovation and growth, laying the groundwork for OpenRad's next phase of investment. My role involved conceptualizing a novel digital marketplace for tele-radiology, drawing on the advanced technology of our acquisitions, and shaping commercialization strategies including product positioning, SaaS pricing, and digital sales channels.

I led medneo's transformation in imaging innovation and technology product management. My tenure was marked by the development of an AI-driven image quality management system for MR and CT acquisitions, culminating in 3 patents and 2 scientific publications. I also played a pivotal role in reengineering tele-radiology processes across 19 centres, impacting over 250 employees and aligning with Germany's reimbursement system, Telematikinfrastruktur. Notably, my strategic business plan and collaborative efforts, under the leadership of the CTO, were instrumental in laying the groundwork for the inception of OpenRad, marking a significant milestone in the evolution of digital SaaS marketplaces for radiology services.
