Thomas is a Partner with Granger Reis where he is a specialist in real assets, working with boards and executives across Energy, Infrastructure and Investor / Private Equity markets. Thomas has c.20 years’ experience in executive search, leadership advisory and consulting, helping clients to align key leadership hires with their business strategy and culture. Thomas works with organisations which span energy transition, infrastructure investment, construction & engineering, transport and utilities, many of whom are seeking greater levels of diversity and inclusion in the Boardroom as a catalyst to deliver on their innovation, ESG and net-zero strategies. This is a topic which Thomas has been passionate about throughout his career, designing and managing a range of strategic talent projects, including 5 years as a panelist for the Australian Financial Review / Qantas 100 Women of Influence Awards.Prior to joining Granger Reis in 2020 Thomas spent ten years with Korn Ferry in Sydney, Australia working with a range of clients in the Industrial and Technology Practice groups across the ANZ and wider Asia Pacific region. Thomas’s early career connected him with Private Equity & Venture Capital backed technology companies, leading Board, CEO and C-Suite appointments in the UK, Scandinavia and North America.
