I am a health care lawyer in Atlanta, Georgia. I represent, hospitals, physicians and other healthcare providers and suppliers on transactions and regulatory compliance issues. I also represent financial institutions investing into the healthcare / life sciences industry. Reimbursement pressures and regulatory challenges are driving unprecedented changes in business models in healthcare / life sciences space, and I work with providers to analyze risks and implement new strategies. I am a frequent speaker and writer on topics of interest in the healthcare industry. In recent years, I have spoken at numerous the American Health Lawyers Association (“AHLA”) conferences on a variety of topics, the Georgia chapter of the Medical Group Management Association, and various Georgia Academy of Healthcare Attorney webinars. I also serve as the President-elect of the Georgia Academy of Healthcare Attorneys.
