Colleagues describe them as "Thomas coached our group of children ranging from 5-8 years old to learn basics of cycling and generally build enthusiasm for the sport. He was a wonderful coach: prompt, thoughtful, enthusiastic and made a genuine effort to connect with the children and parents. He also balanced well leading the group weekly, while bringing his own ideas and observations to the table to continue to improve the experience for everyone.
