Pre-opening: Designing layout of bar, tables, displays, signage etc; Structuring generaloperations, consumer and B2B marketing, equipping bar, selecting suppliers, locatingbar staff and DJ’s/entertainment.Post-Opening: Management of daily operations, customer relations, supplier & publicrelations, events and generating new business opportunities.

Helping bring this newly opened bar onto the Shanghai nightlife scene. Along side the owner, duties include day to day operational management, designing and implementing improvements to the procedures and bar in general, marketing, public relations and training and supervision of staff.
